FAMDA’s Constitution is the Association’s primary governing document. It operates in conjunction with the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (Vic) and sets out the formal rules for how FAMDA is structured, governed, and managed.

FAMDA has adopted the Model Rules as its Constitution. This document is legally binding on the Association and its members.
